Depend­ing on your wishes, we can apply from one to three lay­ers of ceram­ics. The applic­a­tion pro­cess of one lay­er is about two hours, and if addi­tion­al lay­ers are required, then the applic­a­tion time is much longer. Since before apply­ing the next lay­er of ceram­ics, it is import­ant to wait for the crys­tal­liz­a­tion of the com­pos­i­tion, which is about three hours. For a ceram­ic coat­ing to last about three years, one lay­er of coat­ing is enough, but if you want to extend the ser­vice life, then addi­tion­al lay­ers of ceram­ic will be required.Once the nano ceram­ic coat­ing on your vehicle has been allowed to cure for 48 hours, you can move the vehicle out­side. How­ever, keep in mind that you’ll need to wait at least sev­en days before giv­ing the coat­ing its first wash.The reas­on for this, is because even though the ceram­ic coat­ing has cured, it will con­tin­ue to harden for anoth­er week or so. So if you want to make sure your vehicle is 100% car wash ready, and wish to exped­ite the pro­cess, park it in the sun once the ini­tial 48 hour cure time is complete.
